We provide free ground shipping on all orders over $99.
Sometimes depending on the composition of your order it may need to ship from multiple warehouses. Don’t worry we will never charge you extra shipping even if we have to ship from multiple locations to fulfill your order. 
Unfortunately, if you have to a return an order you received free shipping on, the initial cost to ship will be deducted from your refund.
We ship to all the continental United States but exclude all outlining states or territories including Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
At this time we do not ship internationally. 


Our orders ship next business day, or sooner. Because we ship from warehouses strategically located throughout the country, your items may arrive separately, and on different days and/or times.
Domestic ground deliveries arrive within 1-5 business days from the time they are shipped. Tracking will be emailed and available by looking up your order. If you do not receive your order within five business days please call contact us
We do not normally require signature for delivery but may elect to do so depending on the shipping address. Please let us know if you will not be available to sign for your package. 


Standard orders ship UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.


If you would like expedited shipping, please specify your request in your order comments at checkout. The additional charges for the method you’ve selected will be added to your order and you will be sent a revised invoice.
In the instance, your order has to come from multiple locations we will require that you approve the expedited shipping charges prior to shipping your order.
We want to help you save on shipping. Often times we will be able to get your order to you within a tight time frame with having to utilize expedited shipping — this is a result of the large number of locations that we are able to ship from. If you are interested in receiving your order faster but do not want pay for expedited shipping, please give us a call at (855) 653-2796 and we will go over your options based on the contents of your order.


Do not be alarmed if you receive a package that does not contain your entire order. Because we ship out of more than one warehouse it is quite likely that you will receive the balance of your order within the next few days. Please check your order history for additional tracking numbers. 
If you receive incorrect goods or you only receive a portion of your order, Please contact us within 30 days of your order arriving to inform us of your missing goods. 
If you elect to ship your goods to a third party, such as a printer, rather than receive them yourself, and a dispute arises regarding missing or incorrectly shipped goods within the allotted 30 days, we will do our best to investigate. The resolution will be determined based on our shipping records.


Unfortunately natural disasters and other weather relate delays can happen. Shirtcotton.com is not responsible for shipping delays caused related to a carrier. Please follow up with the carrier directly using the tracking number found by looking up your order
We do not require signature for delivery, it is your responsibility to collect all packages showing by the carrier to have been delivered to the address provided.
If you would like to sign for your package, please notate so under order comments when checking out. Shipping carriers do occasionally require signature for delivery based on the driver’s discretion. If this happens most carriers will leave you a notice of attempted delivery and a method for retrieving your package before returning the package undeliverable. 
A driver’s discretion to require a signature from the recipient is out of Shirtcotton.com’s control, packages returned undeliverable fall under the Shirtcotton.com Undeliverable Orders policy.


Undeliverable orders are usually sent back to our warehouse after three delivery attempts. Upon receiving the goods we will check them in and issue you a refund less shipping costs. If you would like your order sent back out please simply create a re-order on your Order History page 


Our goal is to provide you with the best pricing on the largest blank garment selection. It costs us less when you order more for this reason your shopping cart is automatically discounted based on the total cart value. The more you order the more you save! 


Coupon discounts are only valid on regularly priced merchandise, and cannot be combined with additional offers or sales.

Shirtcotton.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and AMEX®, Pay Pal and wire transfers. Wire transfers for orders less than $1000.00 USD are subject to a $25 USD wire transfer fee.


If you believe your goods are outside of Manufacturer Specifications or are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased for any other reason please do not hesitate to initiate a return and we will promptly issue you a shipping label so that you can return the goods to us at no cost to you. 
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way. 


Our goal is to leave you completely satisfied with not only your order but your entire experience at shirtcotton.com. If for any reason at all you decide you are not happy with your purchase please do not hesitate to follow the instructions below and create a return. 
You can initiate a return by selecting Request RMA. Please be sure to include ALL ITEMS you’d like to return as shirtcotton.com only authorizes one return per order. Upon receipt of your return request, we will email you a Return Authorization number and a shipping label along with instructions to correctly complete your return.
Returns must be authorized by shirtcotton.com. Return requests must be made using the Request RMA within 14 days of order receipt. Authorized returns must be shipped according to shirtcotton.com’s instructions 30 days of request.
If you received free shipping on an order you are returning, the cost to ship you the goods initially will be deducted from your refund
Printed, altered, worn, or washed garments may not be returned. We cannot accept returns on items or brands labeled "Drop Ship" because these items ship directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
In most cases, shirtcotton.com will authorize returns; however we reserve the right not to authorize returns.


At this time we do not offer an exchange process. If you would like to make an exchange simply initiate a return for the garments you do not want or need and re-purchase the ones you do. 


In order to provide you with the fastest possible service we ship your order as soon as we get it! For this reason we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Don’t worry we don’t charge you to return so if you decide you no longer want your order simply initiate a return. 


Usually the inventory on our website is spot on! Occasionally however an item on an order may go out of stock from the time the order is placed to the time the item is picked and packed. 
Under Standard policy shirtcotton.com does not back order. We will notify you via email, if an item is unavailable. You have the option to respond and let us know if you would like the item replaced with something else, or if you would prefer to cancel your order.
If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours, we will remove the out of stock goods from your order and ship the remainder of your order. Your credit card will only be charged for the available items. If your order must ship complete, please notate ship complete in the order comments section at checkout.


Your privacy and security is important to us shirtcotton.com uses SSL encryption technology that works with most internet browsers in order to ensure that only Authorize.net can read a customer's personal information. The information we maintain in your customer file is used for customer service resolutions. We do not sell or license any personal information about you to a third party.


All orders with a California bill to or ship to address will be charged sales tax. If you are a tax exempt wholesale buyer or should not be charged tax for any other reason and you have either a California ship to or bill to address, please list you reason under order comments and we will further instruct you as to what needs to be done so as to avoid the tax.
